International Shipping Rates
First Class Shipping - 1 item $5
                                 2-4 items $7
                                 5-7 items $9

Priority Shipping - Small Box $11.95 Canada and Mexico, $13.95 Other Countries
                            Medium Box $27.95 Canada and Mexico, $45.50 Other Countries
